Lane is a native of Lafayette and a resident of Broussard, Louisiana. In 2003, after graduating from Ovey Comeaux High, Lane furthered his education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. In 2006, he received his Associate’s Degree with honors and distinction from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Houston, Texas and was awarded most proficient embalmer.
From being a Student Intern in 2006 to becoming a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in 2008, Lane worked at David Funeral Home, serving and caring for the families of Lafayette and Vermilion Parish.
Lane is a member of the Louisiana Funeral Director’s Association, the National Funeral Director’s Association and loves attending Family Life Church in Lafayette. He believes the best way to serve God is to serve His people; that is why it is so important to him to meet each family’s needs.
