The Olive Branch Library

[Services Index]

For many years we have been offering a living memorial program, whereby a tree is planted in a national forest in memory of the loved one who died. We have also been recommending the planting of a tree by the family themselves in hopes that special strength might be obtained through the nurturing of the tree and watching it grow.

In choosing a name for the library, the olive branch seemed significant as it has been looked upon as a symbol of peace for thousands of years. It is our hope that people turning to the library find peace and comfort.

It is our intent that The Olive Branch Library and its numerous books, audio tapes and videotapes offer solace and encouragement to those who enter this quiet space.
