Thomas "Tom" Justin Guidry, Jr. Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

A remembrance will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Pizza Village on Moss in Lafayette for Thomas “Tom” Justin Guidry, Jr., 69, who passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at his residence in Lafayette. Survivors include his sons, Thomas J. Guidry, III and his wife, Jennifer of Fort Worth, TX, David Guidry and his wife, Michelle of Lewisville, TX, Kevin Guidry and his wife, Katie of Fort Worth, TX; his siblings, Debra McWilliams, Ann Rives, Barbara Graciana, and Michael Guidry, Sr.; and his grandchildren, Arcadia Guidry, and Lachlan Guidry He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas “T.J.” Guidry, Sr. and the former Rosemary “Rose” Schiller; and one sister, Connie Marie Guidry. Tom was an electrician that was always available to serve his native community of Lafayette when called upon. He was passionate about videography and spent several years volunteering at AOC. He loved telling stories of the old days, but was always willing to listen to a friend or family member. Tom also earned a pilot's license and remained an avid aviation enthusiast. A heartfelt appreciation is extended by the Guidry, Jr. family to the Dugan family for the continual love and support throughout.
