Betty Vincent Broussard

November 15, 1934 - January 1, 2021

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 12:00 PM Noon in Martin & Castille's La Fleur de Lis Chapel in Lafayette, for Betty Vincent Broussard, age 86, who peacefully passed away on January 1, 2021 at her residence in Youngsville. The family requests that visitation be observed in Martin & Castille's SOUTHSIDE location on Monday from 10:00 AM until time of service. Entombment will be in St. Anne Mausoleum in Youngsville. Pastor Howard Varnado with the Christian Center in Duson will officiate the service. Betty was retired having worked as a title clerk in the auto sales business with Service Chevrolet and J.D. Estilette Automotive. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and a friend to many who loved her family and her church in which she was very involved. She will be deeply missed. Survivors include her son, Clarence Broussard and his wife Charolette; her grandchildren, Jarrod Broussard and his wife Jamie, and Ashley Broussard and her fiance Ricky Courville; her great grandchildren, Remme Broussard and Bentley Kofalt; and her sisters, Pearl Vincent, Louella Racca and Joyce Meyers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ignace Broussard; her parents, Andrew and Amanda Vincent; and her sister, Rose Duhon. A heartfelt appreciation is extended by the Broussard family to Dr. Leah Olivier and the staff of Heart of Hospice for their excellent care and compassion, especially to Elaine Bourda, Jackie Kyzar, Rachel Henley, and Shelton Clay.
